    Founded by Haytham Moshi in 2003, ATS has grown into a truly iconic leader in the timber and building supply industry.

    ATS is an Australian company. It has grown to have operations across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. ATS is a major importer and distributor of timber, hardware, and building products and a trusted manufacturer of frame and truss systems across Australia.

    In 2023, Haytham expanded his entrepreneurial vision by launching H Farm, a premium cattle meat producer. H Farm now supplies some of Australia’s largest distributors and exporters, delivering quality produce.

    Beyond business, Haytham is also the driving force behind the Assyrian Australian Chamber of Commerce, the first of its kind. This organisation is dedicated to empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs in the community through mentorship, support, and meaningful connections.

    2003

    ATS Building Products Established

    Australian owned, ATS began its journey as an importer and distributor of construction timber and building materials.

    The company launched with a strong foundation in structural timber, engineered wood, formwork, hardware and more.
    2005

    Property Development Portfolio Started

    Haytham officially commenced his venture into property and now owns a substantial portfolio consisting of residential, commercial, high-rise and farm land.
    2011

    TABMA - Board of Directors

    In recognition of contributions to the timber industry, Haytham was invited to join the Board of Directors of TABMA (now NTHA - National Timber & Hardware Association).
    2013

    ATS China Established

    To expand its global reach and streamline procurement and supplier relations, ATS opened a dedicated international office in China.
    2015

    ATS Victoria Established

    ATS continued its national expansion and established itself in the suburb of Braeside, Victoria.
    2016

    ATS Queensland & South Australia Established

    ATS strengthened its position as a national leader by expanding into Queensland and South Australia.
    2022

    Launch of ATS Frame & Truss

    A new manufacturing arm is established in Braeside, VIC, offering design, engineering, and production of residential frames and trusses to meet increasing demand.
    2023

    H Farm Agriculture Venture Begins

    Haytham enters the agriculture sector, launching H Farm - a cattle meat producer. H Farm is an initiative aimed at boosting Australian exports and supporting job creation in regional communities.

    Major Sponsor of Parramatta Eels

    ATS becomes a major sponsor of the NRL’s Parramatta Eels, supporting Australian sport and strengthening community ties.
    2024

    Advisor to the ACERO Board

    Haytham provides expert guidance to the ACERO Board, further cementing his leadership in the community.
    2024

    ATS Middle East Established

    With continued global growth, Haytham launches its Middle East office to enhance international supply chain operations and partnerships.
    2025

    ATS Europe Established

    Further expanding its international presence, Haytham opens operations in Europe, continuing its commitment to global service and supply.

    Today, ATS Building Products is one of the largest family / privately owned timber companies in the world. This is a testament to Haytham’s determination and hard work.

    ATS employs and supports directly and indirectly 1000’s of Australian families. This stands as one of Haytham’s greatest contributions to the Global community.

  • Assyrian Australian Businessperson of the Year (2025)

  • Award from ACERO for Contributions to the Assyrian Community

  • Haytham Moshi hosted the first ever annual gala dinner for ACERO and invited guests of honour including the Patriarch of the Assyrian Church of the East, Mar Awa Royel and Former Prime Minister Scott Morrison and his wife Jenny Morrison. He managed to raise over $500,000 in one night for the organisation, the most in the organisation's history.
